DAY 1:

Transfer from hotel to train station, Vistadome train to Machu Picchu, lunch at Sanctuary Lodge and guided tour of Machu Picchu, return to Aguas Calientes, dinner and overnight at Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel (LD).

DAY 2:

Return to Machu Picchu for hiking (Wayna Picchu, Sun Gate, Moon Gate, e.g.) (no guide), box lunch, return to Aguas Calientes, dinner and overnight at Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel (BLD).

DAY 3:

Free morning to explore Aguas Calientes, visit outdoor market and hot springs, lunch at local restaurant, afternoon return to Cusco (Vistadome train), transfer to hotel (BL).
